ECW is honored to welcome The Right Rev. Bishop Harmon as our featured speaker for 2024 Summer Quest. The Rev. Sara Milford, Associate Rector of St. Paul's Fayetteville, will serve as our Quiet Day Clergy and Workshop leader. Bishop Harmon's theme will be Seeds of Hope, and Sara will share Reflections on Wholeness during Quiet Day. It is going to be an amazing weekend, and we hope that you will spend it with us on the mountain.
In order to facilitate planning, Early Bird Registration pricing is available until May 18. From May 19 onwards, Late Registration prices which are $25 higher (except for Quiet Day which will cost $10 more) will kick in. Please grab your friends and register early.
Please be advised we cannot guarantee a housing preference as we operate on a first come, first serve rule. Cabins are bunk beds. We will fill bottom bunks first! Beds with linens are sold out, but we have plenty of bottom bunk beds available.
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn in Morrilton. Call 501-215-4924 to reserve a room using the code "ECW." A King room or Double Queen room is $119/night + tax. This special hotel rate expires on May 17 or when the block of rooms is filled. If you are providing your own lodging, register by choosing "Fri PM to Sun AM Meals & Program Only" for $100 (Early Bird rate) for the whole weekend on Eventbrite. Please include an additional $40 if you are attending Quiet Day.

Quiet Day starts at 9:00 AM and concludes at 3:00PM. It includes lunch and two sessions on Reflections on Wholeness. Early bird registration is $40 / late registration is $50.
Weekend registration with linens and weekend registration without linens start at 4:00 PM on Friday and concludes at 10:45 AM on Sunday. "With linens" means a retreat-style bed in Grace, Gifts, Darragh, Canterbury or Hedges House, while "without linens" means a cabin bed in Seibert, Howe or Log. Weekend registration includes all programming and meals. Early registration for weekend with linens is $200 / late registration for weekend with linens $225. Early registration for weekend without linens is $150 / late registration for weekend without linens $175. Friday to Saturday one night only without linens starts at 4:00 PM on Friday. It ends with fellowship on Saturday evening and includes all programming and meals. Early registration is $125 / late registration is $150. Saturday only registration includes programming, lunch, and dinner. It begins at 9:00 AM with coffee and Q&A with Bishop Harmon. Early registration is $75 / late registration is $100. For those bringing their own linens, please bring twin-sized bedding, pillow, and towels. |
